btp99 provides services only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. If any minor attempts to use our platform, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:
- The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25x (you must wager 25 times the bonus amount).
- If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, the bonus will be cancelled.
- The welcome bonus may only be claimed once.
- The full wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from the bonus.
5.2 VIP Program
The btp99 VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Advancement to VIP tiers depends on the type and frequency of play. btp99 reserves the final right to determine VIP tier status.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- All bonus offers are for a limited time and may be changed or cancelled at any time.
- A user may not claim the same promotion more than once.
- btp99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any bonus at its discretion.
- In the event of a breach of bonus terms, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
6. Betting and Game Rules
6.1 Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all games and betting services on btp99:
- The specific rules for each game or bet will be stated in the game interface.
- Results caused by technical errors may be declared void.
- The Company reserves the right to investigate if suspicious betting patterns are detected.
- Winnings obtained by exploiting software or game errors will not be paid.
6.2 Sports Betting
For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including the FIFA World Cup), kabaddi and other sports:
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake is generally refunded.
- Live betting markets are subject to change and depend on real-time conditions.
- Any bet suspected of anti-sports betting or match-fixing may be cancelled.
7. Prohibited Activities
7.1 Strictly Prohibited Actions
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.

- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

btp99 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of the Terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
- Detection of a security risk.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

8.3 Self-Exclusion

12.2 Continued Use After Amendments

12.3 Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and btp99, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements.
